William E. Walton, M.S, BCBA, LBA-CEO

William is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and has been providing ABA Therapy and working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2011. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Pennsylvania State University in 2010. He completed five years of clinical experience in an autism clinic that centered on behavior analytic research. This led to him earning his Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus in Autism Spectrum Disorder from the University of North Dakota. William has a significant amount of experience in behavior analytic research. He coordinated clinical trials for several licensed psychologists in the field of behavior analysis and has been published in peer-reviewed journals such as The Analysis of Verbal Behavior. He has specialized in providing community-based caregiver training in a variety of modalities, including using innovative strategies such as telehealth. William is a firm believer that a comprehensive behavior analytic treatment plan emphasizes both the child and the caregiver as the client.

Chanté Dix, M.A., BCBA- Clinical Director Warner Robins

Chanté is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has been working with children diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) since 2014. She attended undergraduate school at Georgia College & State University in Milledgeville, GA, where she studied psychology. She went on to earn her MA in Psychology and then continued to earn a Post Master’s Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School. She trained at a nationally renowned clinic in Atlanta, GA, working with clients diagnosed with severe skill deficits. Chanté has experience working in clinics, providing in-home ABA services, and working in the school system. While working in the school setting, she was employed by a nonpublic special education school, working with students diagnosed with a wide range of disabilities, including but not limited to ASD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Conduct Disorder. More recently, Chanté has been providing case management services to young adults ages 14-22, focusing mainly on the reduction of maladaptive behaviors in school. She is passionate about working with families and helping to improve the lives of their children.

Helen is a BCBA originally from just outside Indianapolis, Indiana. She received her Bachelor’s of Science from Purdue University in 2014 and her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2017. Helen began working in the field of behavior analysis through an internship as an ABA therapist during her senior year at Purdue and has loved every minute of it since then! Helen is passionate about creating a positive difference in the lives of children with autism as well as their families through the empirically supported principles of behavior analysis. She has experience working with individuals 18 months and older and providing services in the home, center, and schools.

Mandi Hester- Office Manager, Warner Robins

Mandi is the Office Manager for the Warner Robins clinic. She has a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and experience teaching children with disabilities. Most recently she has been working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by connecting them to local resources. Mandi is originally from North Carolina but moved to Georgia in 2005. She has a husband, young son, and two dogs. She enjoys baking, reading, and being her son’s #1 fan for all the sports he participates in.

Briana was born in Norristown, PA and moved to Alabama when she was 8. She has an AAS Degree in Medical Administration and is currently working towards her BS Degree in Business Management. Briana has always had a passion for helping people, loves animals and enjoys volunteering in her free time. She is incredibly happy to be a part of the GoalPoint Team and has great admiration for the way the staff positively impact our client’s lives on a daily basis.

Kimberly Runge- Executive Assistant

Kimberly moved to Middle Georgia from South Florida in 2013. She has worked in the field of Healthcare for about 6 years working in a busy doctor’s office until venturing out into the behavioral health side. She really loves helping others any way she can. Her husband works on base and they have 3 boys at home that keeps her on the move. She enjoys reading, baking, and spending time with her family.

DeLoris is from San Marcos CA and has been in Medical billing since 1992. Previously she was a Revenue Cycle Manager who now works for Goalpoint Behavior Group as a billing Specialist. She enjoys watching the wonderful progress the children make each day.

LaToya Shobe- Intake Coordinator Warner Robins

LaToya is an Air Force Reservist who holds a certification as an Information Manager. She has obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Human Communication and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Valdosta State University. LaToya’s experience with children stems from her homeschooling, being a youth teacher at her congregation, a certified Substitute Teacher and Paraprofessional. She looks forward to assisting and interacting with each parent and child that comes to GoalPoint Behavior Group.

Lacey is originally from Northeast Louisiana; Lacey recognized her passion for education at a young age when she became involved in fine arts programs through church and helped with the development of those teams. She served her church’s student ministry as a youth staff member for many years and began teaching private music lessons during that time. After graduating SUM Bible College with a B.A. In Biblical Studies, she joined Little Sparrow, LLC as an RBT in her hometown. She transitioned to teaching when offered the music teaching position in West Carroll Parish, and taught music class and choir for two years to ages 7-17 at five public schools. After moving to Georgia, Lacey joined the Goal Point team in 2019 as Intake Coordinator for the Columbus location, and enjoys serving the parents of our clients by equipping them with information and resources necessary to provide the best treatment possible for their children.

Kayla Greene, M.S., BCBA

Kayla is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst and has been working with children diagnosed with ASD and other developmental disabilities since 2014. She attended undergrad at Spelman College in Atlanta, Ga where she studied Psychology. She went on to earn her M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis from Georgia State University. She trained at a nationally renowned clinic in Atlanta, Georgia working with clients with severe skill deficits. Kayla has experience working in clinics and providing in-home ABA services. In addition to her behavior analytic work, Kayla has also spent the last year doing research on the causes of autism and other developmental disabilities on the largest child development study in the country. She is passionate about improving the lives of children and their families and making sure they are receiving the most effective and comprehensive treatment package possible.

Samantha is an Alabama licensed and board-certified behavior analyst from Tucker, Georgia. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences and Master of Science in Psychology at Auburn University. She earned her BCBA certification in 2016, and her practicum experience included focuses on parent training, severe behavior reduction, and verbal behavior intervention. After earning her board certification, Samantha completed a year-long fellowship working for the Alabama Department of Human Resources providing behavioral skills training in court ordered parenting classes and behavioral services to children in the foster care system. Since completing her fellowship, Samantha has focused on providing outpatient clinical services to children with autism from all walks of life.

Jennifer Colbert, BCBA TeleHealth

Jenifer graduated from Indiana University in 1999 with a bachelor’s degree in Social and Cultural Anthropology. She completed her master’s in Special Education, specializing in Deaf Education and Early Childhood Education in 2001 from Ball State University. After graduation, she provided teacher training and developed special education programming in Egypt for two years. After returning to the U.S., she completed her post-master’s certification program in ABA from Penn State University. She received her BCBA certification in 2006. Jenifer has experience working in public and private schools, clinics, and in the home with children of all ages and abilities. She is passionate about using the principles of ABA to support and empower children and families to reach their goals.

Jennifer previously worked in healthcare as a radiographer… She learned about applied behavior analysis while completing my bachelor’s in psychology at the University of North Florida. She decided to change careers in 2011 and began taking classes at Arizona State University. She graduated with a master’s in education with a concentration in ABA in December of 2013. She completed all of her training to become a BCBA while She was living in Phoenix, AZ. She moved back to Georgia in the summer of 2017. She grew up in Cordele, GA. And currently lives in Warner Robins.

Skyler Guest, M.S., BCBA- Case Manager

Skyler is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. She is a graduate from Florida State
University, where she received her Master of Science degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
In her spare time, Skyler enjoys going to the beach, watching college football with her fiancé, and playing with her Goldendoodle, Bentley. Her passion for helping children with disabilities started when she met Jordan, her high school friend who was in the special education class she was teaching in. She helped make flyers and petition for Jordan to make the homecoming court and she made it! She said Jordan was absolutely stunning and this life-changing moment sparked her interest in researching the field of Applied Behavior Analysis! Her favorite thing about working in this field is seeing meaningful change in the lives of the families and clients she has the privilege to serve. Skyler loves the Lord and believes in having a servant’s heart which means putting forth the best effort to achieve the goals that are set forth for the clients and making a great impact in their life!
One of Skyler’s favorite quotes is: “Autism is a journey I never planned, but I sure do love my tour guide.” She loves being able to learn more about the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and applying what she has learned to help those around her because ABA changes lives!

Danielle Fernandez, M.S.- Assistant Case Manager

Danielle graduated from Capella University with a Master of Science in Child and Adolescent Development in 2014. Soon after, she completed her Post Master’s Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis. Currently she is in the dissertation phase of her PhD in Educational Psychology with an emphasis in Child and Adolescent Development while sitting to pass the BCBA exam. Danielle has been in the field of ABA for four years with experience working in school, home, and clinic. Prior she worked in special education classrooms, a group home for adults with disabilities, and facilitated a youth group for teenagers coping with emotional trauma. Danielle is originally from NJ but is a wife of an Active Duty Army member. Danielle is passionate about traveling, reading, and supporting the individuals she works with.

Maddison Montgomery, M.Ed.- Assistant Case Manager

Maddison is an aspiring BCBA originally from Gautier, Mississippi. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Collaborative Special Education from Auburn University in Spring 2017. Upon graduating, she continued her studies at Auburn University and received her Master’s degree in Collaborative Special Education, with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism and Developmental Disorders, in Summer 2018. Maddison has two years of experience teaching individuals with disabilities in an 8th grade setting as well as a K-2nd grade setting. Maddison is passionate about working with individuals with disabilities and that passion grew from counseling summer camps, college programs such as Best Buddies and Expressions of a Braveheart, and teaching. In her free time, Maddison enjoys spending time with her husband and 1-year old daughter, cooking, and reading.

Grace Gonzalez-Flores- Clinical Program Specialist, RBT

Grace Gonzalez-Flores was born in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. At a young age, she had a passion for helping those who need it most. She started volunteering in special education classes where she developed an interest in mental disabilities and autism. After high school, she pursued her dream of studying the field of psychology and received her degree in 2017. After college, she gained firsthand experience by working in group homes with residents with mental disabilities. Later, she became a school ESL teacher, which triggered her desire to work with children in her field of study. Eventually, Grace moved to Columbus, where she found her calling as a Registered Behavior Therapist working here at GoalPoint Behavioral Group working alongside some of the best ABA professionals she has ever met. She is currently planning to pursue her BCBA to continue on advancing her credentials in the ABA field and ultimately becoming a Behavior Analyst.

Courtnei received her BA in Communication Science and Disorders from Baylor University. She worked as a Licensed Speech-Language Assistant after graduation. After working in the Speech-Language Pathology field for a number of years, she wanted to do more, so she switched gears and returned to school to receive her M.Ed in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. Courtnei’s master’s degree afforded her the ability to educate moderate to profound special needs students in inclusion and resource classrooms, in-home therapy sessions, as well as one-on-one settings. All of her education and experience has culminated in a perpetual passion to be of service to all mankind that encompasses positively impacting individuals with special needs while educating their families.

Racheal Ryan recently lived in Dallas, TX, before moving back into her childhood home here in Georgia. While in Texas, she worked as a teacher at Special Abilities of North Texas, a dayhab for adults with a variety of disabilities. She also worked part time as an RBT. She loves working with people with disabilities, and she loves the experiences she has and the people she meets along the way. She plans to continue her education by obtaining her master’s degree to become a BCBA.

Becky Sapp, Ed.S, CCC-SLP- Speech Pathologist

Becky is an American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and Georgia State Board Certified Speech- Language Pathologist at the Warner Robins location, joining GoalPoint in June 2019. She graduated from Middle Georgia College in 1997 with an Associates of Science in Biological Sciences. She then attended Valdosta State University where she received her bachelor’s in education in Speech-Language Pathology in 2000 and master’s in education in Communication Disorders in December 2001. In May 2017, Becky obtained her Education Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Piedmont College. Becky has almost 18 years of experience in private practice and the public-school system. While working in the school system, Becky gained much experience working with students with communication disorders, including fluency disorders, language disorders, articulation disorders, and oral motor weaknesses for a variety of ages. She has experience working with a wide range of disabilities, including but not limited to Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual Disabilities, and much more. In her spare time, Becky enjoys, reading, cooking, and spending time with her family, friends, and precious puppy Daisy Mae. Becky is passionate about helping the world communicate….one person at a time! She is excited about her new adventure.

Meagan is a compassionate individual who is excited to work with Milestones to make a positive difference in the lives of children and their families. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Georgia Southern University in 2010. She has worked professionally with children of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder and various other developmental disorders since 2017. After high school she enrolled at CSU to pursue a degree in Early Childhood Education and in July of 2018 she became a Registered Behavior Technician. Lynn Rodriguez was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Her four children inspired her to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Child Development. This led to a lead toddler teacher position working alongside occupational and speech therapists. The extra dimension they brought to early childhood development encouraged her to continue her education and complete a master’s in applied behavior analysis. She is now making a difference as a Registered Behavior Technician at GoalPoint Behavior Group and is completing her supervision hours toward her board certification within the next year.

Devorah Story, RBT

Devorah Story was born in Alabama but grew up in Lagrange, GA. She graduated from Lagrange High School and went on to further her education at Georgia State University. In 2010, Devorah graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in speech. During her studies, she began working with children as a YMCA counselor. Shortly after graduation, she accepted a job at the Marcus Autism Center working in the Language and Learning Clinic with children who were diagnosed with autism or other developmental disorders. A huge part of Devorah’s skill set focused on helping kids acquire and/or increase their speech. After spending quite some time helping this population of kids develop language, she transitioned to the Severe Behavior Clinic, where she gained experience implementing interventions which focused more on reducing challenging behaviors. Devorah also had an opportunity to implement group therapy within a classroom setting. She acted as the lead teacher for a group of children whose skills ranged from that of a typical three-year-old to a seven-year-old. Devorah has gained a wide range of skills within the ABA field and over the years has found her niche in working with this population.

Cecilia graduated from Middle Georgia State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. She is a native of Michoacán, Mexico but lives in Warner Robins. She has a 2-year-old son and a loving husband. Her hobbies include playing soccer with her family and hanging out with her family at her parents’ farm.

years working in various counseling capacities including working with children with autism,
Shonemeca began her journey with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and worked as a Behavior Tech. From her experiences during that time, she was inspired to pursue a degree in Master of Science in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University where she will graduate in 2021.

Regina is originally from Bainbridge, Georgia and recently moved to Columbus, Ga this past April. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Thomas University in May 2016. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Psychology at Capella University. She has always enjoyed working with children from a young age and has enjoyed working in the mental health field since graduating from Thomas University. She is thrilled about working at GoalPoint Behavior Group and enriching many children’s lives.

Karlee is currently attending Middle Georgia State University pursuing her B.S. in Psychology. She has three years of experience working as a nanny; during this time, she worked for two families with special needs children. Her goal after completing her undergraduate degree is to continue on to complete her master’s degree and become a BCBA

Tamara Ford, RBT

Tamara received her BS in Education with a Major in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of West Georgia. Tamara has a passion for working with children and especially has a heart for individuals with special needs and/or developmental delays. She is currently planning to pursue her Masters in either Behavior Analysis or Speech-Language Pathology. Tamara is excited to begin her career with GoalPoint Behavior Group!

Laurel Savalli

Laurel is a recent graduate of Georgia Southwestern State University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Caregiving Issues and Management. She was a camper at Camp Braveheart, a camp for people with congenital heart defects, for 10 years and this is where she discovered her passion of working with people with disabilities. Since then, she has volunteered as a counselor there and Camp Blue Skies. Laurel has also helped plan the Special Olympics in Americus for the past four years while she was in college. She loves to volunteer within the community and is currently serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate advocating for children in the foster system. She is extremely excited to be a part of this team and can’t wait to help make a difference in these children’s lives!
